Every session in your client’s podcast.

Part of the value of a coaching session is in the second listen, and the second listen almost never happens: the file sits in a shared folder, behind a link lost in a chat. In the client's private feed it sits next to the music and podcasts they listen to every day.

Where your sessions end up

You send them on Drive, on WhatsApp or into a members area. The client says thank you and never opens them. Next session you pick up where you left off, except they do not remember, so you explain again.

  • A link to a file is not a place people come back to
  • Your client would happily listen in the car, if it took no downloading
  • At the end of the programme the material stays out there, with no way to take it back
  • You do not know whether your work gets listened to again, so you do not know what it is worth

How a session reaches the client who had it

One-to-one work is not a list of subscribers: it is one relationship at a time. Below is the full route of a single session, from the file to the person.

Example client

  1. The recording You upload the session file, or pick it from Zoom, Google Drive or Dropbox. If it is a video we extract the audio without you doing anything.
  2. The private podcast You publish it in the private podcast dedicated to that person, with the title and date they will need to find it again in six months.
  3. The recipient They already have their personal address: the episode shows up in the app they normally use, with nothing for you to send.

Keeping different people’s sessions apart needs one podcast per relationship. That is a setup that depends on your plan, and it is worth counting them before you start rather than at the third client.

When the work ends you revoke access, and from that moment the feed stops responding. Episodes the client already downloaded stay on their phone: no system can take them back, and we would rather say so now.

Questions from coaches

I take payment by transfer and invoice it myself. Do I still need this?
Yes, and in that case you only pay the subscription: the commission applies only to what you collect through Fonaria. The value for you is delivery and automatic expiry, not the payment.
Session recordings are sensitive. Where do they end up?
On servers in Germany, reachable through a personal token, with no American provider hosting your content. The feed cannot be indexed, and you can revoke it at any time. The security and data page lists every service involved and its role, Stripe included.
Can I have a separate feed for every client without going mad?
Yes, and that is the normal way to use it: the private feed is created with the invitation, and signups can be automated from your own tools or a webhook. The Starter plan includes one podcast, so if you work one to one with many clients look at Pro or Scale.
