Internal training in a private podcast.

The mandatory course on the company platform gets opened on the deadline day, in a hurry, with another window open. The same content in a private podcast gets listened to while driving between customers, without anyone having to chase them.

No card. Or write to us and we will look at it together.

A manager recording an update for his team

What happens to your internal content

Meeting recordings, product updates, training for the network: it all ends up in a folder or an LMS nobody opens willingly. The people who are out all day, exactly the people who should listen, are the ones who open it least.

  • Your sales network is not in front of a screen, it is in a car
  • Product updates arrive by email and stay unread
  • You do not know who actually received the information
  • When someone leaves, access stays open until somebody remembers

The sheet to take to whoever decides

If you have to get Fonaria approved inside an organisation, these are the three lines they will ask about first, and the pages where the rest lives.

What you distribute
Onboarding, internal updates, training and messages from leadership, in audio, listenable without sitting in front of a screen.
Who it reaches
One person at a time, each with their own address. Listeners create no account and get no shared password.
How access is managed
Assigned when someone joins and revoked when they leave. Revoking applies from that moment on, and files already downloaded stay where they are.

An onboarding in three episodes

  1. Day one: who we are and how we actually work
  2. Week one: the tools, and who to ask when you get stuck
  3. Month one: what is expected, said plainly

Analytics tell you who downloaded which episodes and when. They are usage signals: they do not certify that training was completed, and must not be used as a record of attendance.

Questions from company buyers

Our content is confidential. What guarantees are there?
Feeds cannot be indexed and every person has their own address, revocable individually. Data sits on servers in Germany and backups are encrypted: no American provider hosts your content. The security and data page lists our sub-processors one by one, Stripe included.
Can we pay by bank transfer?
No: the subscription is paid by card. You receive the electronic invoice every month.
Do we have to install a company app on phones?
No: people use the podcast app they already have. No apps to roll out and no new tool to explain.
