Sell your podcast. Get paid into your Stripe.
Sell access to your content as a private podcast: one-time or by subscription. The money lands in your own Stripe account and the customers stay yours. We take a commission set by your plan: 10%, 7% or 5%.

How it works
From publishing to getting paid, in a few steps
Connect your Stripe account, set a price and Fonaria does the rest: the listener pays, gets their private feed, you get the money.
Connect Stripe
Link your Stripe account (or create one) with Stripe Connect. Payments land directly there: we don’t hold them.
Set the price
For each podcast, choose a one-time sale or a recurring subscription. One active offer per feed, your price.
The listener buys
From your public storefront the customer pays securely. Once paid, they get their personal link on their own.
Get paid, with tax data ready
The money is in your Stripe account. When the buyer asks for an invoice we collect what you need to issue it (tax code or VAT number, recipient code or certified email, address), ready for the document you issue.
The customers are yours
Direct payments, direct relationship
Payments flow through your own Stripe account, so whoever buys is your customer and the relationship stays between the two of you. If one day you leave, customers and payments leave with you.
- Money lands in your Stripe account (direct charges): no payout to wait for from us.
- You own the customer data: emails, details, payment history.
- Sell one-time (e.g. a course) or recurring (e.g. a membership).
- Revoke access whenever you want: on churn, refund or dispute access is removed.
The model
One subscription, plus a commission tied to the plan
No tricks: you pay a monthly platform fee and a small fee on sales. The fee goes down as you move up a plan: 10% on Starter, 7% on Pro, 5% on Scale.
Fixed plan fee
A monthly subscription to the platform, by plan. Includes private feeds, tax data ready for invoicing, analytics and support.
Commission by plan: 10%, 7%, 5%
On sales we keep a percentage tied to the plan: 10% on Starter, 7% on Pro, 5% on Scale. Below 5% we do not go.
| Plan | Commission | You keep |
|---|---|---|
| Starter, 19 € a month + VAT | 10% | 90% |
| Pro, 39 € a month + VAT | 7% | 93% |
| Scale, 59 € a month + VAT | 5% | 95% |
The fee never drops below 5%: that’s how the platform stays sustainable and independent.
Example
What happens on a single payment
Take an access sold at €50, on the Starter plan (10%). The commission is worked out on the total the customer pays, and that total lands in your Stripe account.
- Price paid by the customer
- €50.00
- Fonaria fee (10%)
- − €5.00
- To you (net of the fee)
- €45.00
If the buyer asks for an invoice, the details you need reach you collected and validated: you issue the document. Fonaria’s fee is invoiced separately, aggregated monthly.

Let them try before they pay
Turn on a free preview for a paid podcast: whoever opts in gets a feed showing only the free episodes. When they buy, they move to full access: same app, same link.

Bought on 12 October
It is the same address. Giulia gets no second invitation and adds nothing: the podcast already in her app fills up on its own at the next refresh. And the schedule does not restart, so paying never hides the episodes she could already see.
A schematic of the two states. The address is truncated and is not a real feed.
- The preview shows ONLY the episodes you marked as free.
- On purchase, access becomes full on the same feed: no new invite, no token to swap.
- People on a preview count toward the plan’s free subscribers; there is no commission on previews.
- You decide it feed by feed with a toggle in the settings.
No cap on your audience
Unlimited paying listeners
You don’t pay per listener: you pay the subscription and a commission on what you sell.
- Paying listeners have no cap on any plan.
- Free subscribers have a cap per plan: 500 on Starter, 1,500 on Pro, 3,000 on Scale.
- The commission goes down as you move up a plan: 10% on Starter, 7% on Pro, 5% on Scale.
