Refunds and withdrawal

The legally binding texts are in Italian. Here is where to find them, and the short version of the rules.

The Fonaria subscription

It is sold by Omnia Digital s.r.l. If you buy it as a consumer you can withdraw within 14 days of the contract without giving a reason: from your account, from the link in the confirmation email or from the withdrawal page. The full rules are in the withdrawal instructions and in the General Terms (in Italian).

Purchases from creators

When you buy access to a podcast the seller is the creator, not Fonaria. Their terms and withdrawal instructions come with your purchase confirmation, and you can withdraw from the link in that email or from the withdrawal page.
