Why the best plan changes

The commission goes down as the plan goes up (10%, 7%, 5%), so past a certain volume a higher subscription costs you less overall: at 1,000 € a month Starter is 119 € and Pro is 109 €. That is why this calculator shows all three plans instead of picking one for you up front.

Questions about the calculation

Does the calculator include the monthly subscription?
Yes. The result subtracts the plan’s subscription and the commission, VAT excluded. Stripe fees and taxes are left out.
How do the percentages work?
The percentage is tied to the plan: 10% on Starter, 7% on Pro, 5% on Scale. 5% is the floor and it does not go below that.
Where do the percentages in the calculation come from?
From our own pricing, not from an estimate: 10% on Starter, 7% on Pro, 5% on Scale. They are the same ones on the pricing page and in the contract, and the calculation applies them to the sales you enter, subtracting the plan subscription too.
Are my numbers sent to anyone?
No. The calculation happens entirely in your browser: we neither send nor store the amounts you enter.
What about VAT?
The calculator works on the amount you enter. When the buyer asks for an invoice, Fonaria collects the data to issue it at checkout.
