Invoice details, ready for you.

When the customer asks for an invoice, we collect the data you need at checkout. You issue the invoice, from your accounting tool or with your accountant.

How it works

From payment to tax data in order, with nothing to chase

The money lands in your own Stripe account; at the same moment Fonaria collects and organises the sale’s tax data, ready for your invoice.

  1. The listener pays

They buy access to your private podcast. The payment, VAT included, lands in your Stripe account: the money is yours.

  2. We collect the tax data

When the buyer asks for an invoice, at checkout we ask them for what you need to issue it: tax code or VAT number, recipient code or certified email, address and country.

  3. We hand it to you, ready

Every sale arrives with its tax data organised and complete, in the dashboard and via export: nothing to copy by hand, no missing fields.

  4. You issue the invoice

You issue the e-invoice or record the corrispettivo from your own accounting tool or with your accountant: the invoice stays yours, with your numbering. Not a single sale slips through.

Invoice or corrispettivo

The right data for each sale

Not every sale calls for the same document. Fonaria collects the data that tells a named e-invoice apart from a corrispettivo and shows it next to the amount paid.

  • Buyer’s tax code or VAT number, captured at the moment of purchase
  • SDI recipient code or PEC for filing, when provided
  • Amount paid and buyer country shown next to the tax data
  • All exportable and ready for your accounting tool or your accountant

Why it matters

Stop chasing the data

The tax side holds back people who’d love to sell their content: not because issuing an invoice is hard, but because the right data is never there. Fonaria puts it in your hands, ready.

The fields an Italian invoice needs

Tax code, recipient code, certified email: we ask for them inside the checkout, while the customer is still buying and still answering.

No end-of-month rush

Every sale’s data arrives in order, in real time, instead of piling up to be rebuilt at closing.

Ready for your accountant

Export the data and hand it to your accounting tool or advisor: already complete for invoice, corrispettivo and VAT settlement.

Data hosted in Europe

Servers in Germany, every provider named.

Who it’s for

Built for Italian VAT numbers

It works under any regime, flat-rate (forfettario) or standard.

Flat-rate (forfettario)

The buyer data reaches you ready for the document you issue.

Standard regime

Amount paid and buyer data, ready for the document you issue.

Course & coaching creators

If you sell training, memberships or lead magnets as a private podcast: payments and tax data in one place, ready to invoice.

What we do not do

Fonaria collects and organises the tax data of your sales, but it doesn’t issue the invoice for you and doesn’t replace your accountant. You are the seller: issuing the document, your regime, the applicable rates and your obligations remain your responsibility. Always check the setup with your advisor before you start selling.

FAQ

Questions about invoicing

Does Fonaria issue the invoice for me?
No. We collect and hand you the tax data of every sale, ready for the invoice. You issue it, from your accounting tool or with your accountant: that way the invoice stays yours, with your numbering and under your responsibility.
Who collects the money from sales?
You do. Payments land in your connected Stripe account: the customers, emails and money stay yours. Fonaria takes care of collecting the correct tax data for each payment.
What data do you collect exactly?
At checkout we ask the buyer for what the Italian invoice needs: tax code or VAT number, and (when provided) SDI recipient code or PEC for filing. You get them next to the amount paid.
Does it work if I’m on the flat-rate regime?
Yes: the buyer data is the same. Check the setup with your accountant before selling.
What about corrispettivi?
Even when the customer does not ask for an invoice, you have the data ready to record the sale.
Where is my data hosted?
In Europe, on servers in Germany. The Security page lists every provider.
Do I need to configure anything technical?
No: you connect your Stripe account once. From then on, every sale where the buyer asked for an invoice reaches you with the details already collected and validated.
